Find a Hotel Near Downtown Mesa

By Judy Hedding, About.com

Here are some hotels that I'd recommend if you have to stay in downtown Mesa. They are within about 5 miles or closer to Downtown Mesa. These hotels will work for you if you want to be close to the following Mesa, AZ spots:

These are also not very far from downtown Tempe, where you'll find Tempe Diablo Stadium, Gammage Auditorium, and Arizona State University. If you'll be in North Mesa attending Cactus League games at HoHoKam Park, for example, even hotels in Downtown Scottsdale near the 202 Loop will be convenient.

None of the hotels in downtown Mesa are really considered resort properties, although there are a couple of hotels that are nicer than the others. You'll be able to tell because they are more expensive than the others!
