Mid-Sized Banks

These are banks in Phoenix and Arizona that have approximately between $50 million and $150 million in assets. They are not multinational organizations, but they may offer more products and services, or more complicated commercial transactions, than their small bank counterparts.

Arizona Business Bank
Formerly First Capital Bank of Arizona. Four offices in the Phoenix area. Business banking, personal banking and Internet banking.

Heritage Bank
A division of Uptown National Bank of Chicago. Began operations in 1976 as Citizens Union Bank in Tempe. In 1987 the name was changed to First West Bank. In 1993 it became Heritage Bank. One office in Central Phoenix and one in Tempe.

Irwin Union Bank, FSB
One office in Central Phoenix. Business banking, personal banking, investment, and insurance services. Online financial services also available.

Stearns Bank
One office in Scottsdale. An affiliate of a Minnesota bank. Personal and business banking, equipment finance, trust and investments.

Valley Commerce Bank
Located in Central Phoenix.
