Dine in style on an 8-ounce New York Strip Kobe steak from Schwerd’s private collection and a 4-ounce Lobster Tail. The entree also comes with the choice of a side, with Arrowhead Grill’s mac and cheese, creamed corn, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes and more. For starters, patrons will be able to choose from a chilled chopped Caesar or the Arrowhead Grill House salad. An assortment of desserts will be available for an additional fee. Reservations are required.

BiCE Ristorante will celebrate its Grand Opening on New Year’s Eve with a four-course menu. First Course: choice of Cream of Burrata Cheese, blended with Essence of Lime, Garnished with Toasted Bread Crumbs and topped with Sautéed Shrimp or Bice Classic Caesar Salad with Alaskan King Crab or Sunchoke Soup with Black Truffles. Second Course: choice of Home Made Lobster Ravioli Topped with Cubed Vegetable Crisps or Orzotto “Risotto Style” Barley, with Asparagus Fresh Buratta Snow. Third Course: choice of Chilean Sea Bass Wrapped in Prosciutto di Parma or Beef Tenderloin a la Rossini with a Foie Gras Medalion and Truffle Sauce or Veal Tenderloin Medallions with Capers, Olives and Fresh Tomato Sauce. Dessert: choice of Classic Bice Tiramisu or Flourless Chocolate Cake with Cream Anglaise. The 9pm seating includes Prosecco toast and live entertainment in the upstairs lounge, BiCE 19. Count down the last night of the year with a four course menu including amuse bouche and delicious dessert offerings. Enjoy live entertainment and receive access to New Year’s Eve Party in the Lobby Lounge with live music and dancing, complimentary party favors and champagne toast at midnight. Reservations required.

In addition to a decadent five-course menu, there will be bubbles and drink specials to get you warmed up for the evening. After dinner, ring in the New Year at LUSTRE Bar's Winter Wonderland party. Dance to tunes spun by Dave & Drea under a canopy of 10,000 twinkle lights. Sip on craft cocktails, nosh on complimentary hors d'oeuvres from the kitchen and ring in the New Year with a champagne toast and snowfall at the stroke of midnight. Dress in your best winter white attire to commemorate the occasion. Admission to Lustre's Winter Wonderland is complimentary with dinner at Blue Hound and just $20 for non-diners.
