There are plenty of places in the greater Phoenix area to have a drink, meet some friends, or make some new friends. I contacted Club Red in Tempe and asked them to describe their club, so that you can decide for yourself if it's right for you. Here is what they told me.
Club Red / Red Owl

What else you need to know about Club Red
We are a dual stage venue in the shape of an “L”. Our small stage is Red Owl where we host local bands and touring emergent artists on the rise. Our big stage is Club Red where we host major national acts and strong regional acts. We do run dual stage, festival style for certain shows.
No food, most shows are 21+ but there are "all age" and 18+ shows depending on the artist, details on our website for every show. We book more bands each month than any other venue in AZ, so there is a lot of musical variety.
