When I go to a festival or fair, part of the experience is enjoying the foods. Typically, the foods at the Arizona State Fair and the Maricopa County Fair are similar, with many of the same vendors. Keep in mind that the Fair is no place to be on a special diet--if you are trying to lose weight, keep Kosher, minimize sugar intake or count fat grams, you are eating at the wrong place!
