Intro to Casavino Winery Fountain Hills - Make Your Own Wine

Casavino Winery is Arizona's only onsite custom wine making facility as of this writing (September 2006). Without any prior wine-making experience you select the type of wine you'd like to make, mix up your batch, and participate in the entire process, from fermentation to bottling and labelling. At the end of the adventure, you'll end up with 28 bottles of wine to enjoy or give as gifts.
