The wine is created from a kit, and you'll participate in the process. The tasting, selection, and mixing of our wine took about an hour. You may bring friends or family, but at this time no food is offered to accompany your wine tasting. You are welcome to bring your own snacks.
After our wine was set for initial fermentation, our first visit was complete. We signed our contract and received the time line for our wine.
