Six to eight weeks later we returned to Casavino Winery and spent about an hour bottling, corking and labelling our 28 bottles of Pinot Noir.
Note: If you ordered white wines, they are ready to enjoy as soon as you pick them up. Red wines should age another three to six months (or longer) for additional smoothness and complexity.
I highly recommend this unique experience for yourselves, or as a gift to a wine lover in your life.
