Spice it up with a Chile Brule Martini, courtesy of Lon's at The Hermosa Inn in Phoenix.
Ingredients:
- 1/8 ounce Brown sugar simple syrup
- 1 pinch Red chili flakes
- 2 ounces Gran Marnier
- 1 ounce Courvoisier VS
- 1 ounce Ginger ale
- Juice of half a fresh squeezed lime
Preparation:
Combine and muddle brown sugar syrup and red chili flakes. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist and a few chili flakes. Servings: 1 martini.
