This recipe for Grilled Garlic Asparagus, provided compliments of Chef Jon Andersen at Rawhide Steakhouse & Saloon in Chandler, Arizona, is very easy to prepare. It makes a perfect accompaniment to most any holiday entrée.

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 clove garlic
- 1-2 tbsp oil
- 1 lb fresh asparagus
Preparation:
Roast one clove of garlic in oil. Puree mixture. Toss in 8-10 pieces of trimmed asparagus and roast in the oven at 425° for 12 minutes for average thickness stalks. Serves 2 people.
