, will be an easy crowd pleaser. Although this recipe indicates that crackers are in order, this dip is also delicious spread on cucumber slices or piped into celery. This recipe uses a product produced by Terrapin Ridge Farms

- 8 oz Cream Cheese (whipped works very well)
- 1/2 cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Sweet Beet and Horseradish Mustard
- 3 oz Smoked Salmon
- Capers to taste (optional)
Chop the smoked salmon into small pieces about 1/8 inch square.
Mix all ingredients together and serve with crackers.
You can add capers to taste.
