People just have to let me know. They go to a restaurant in the greater Phoenix area, and they either loved it or hated it--there's not much in between! I created these pages so that you, the visitors to About.com Phoenix, could have your say. As for the rating, one star is the worst, five stars is the best.
Now, a word of warning--every once in a while I'll get a review from someone who has a specific agenda in mind. A really bad review might be from a disgruntled employee. A really good review might be from the owner or manager. Unless I specifically mention that I have edited a review for some reason, you see the comments posted here exactly as I received them.

(Avondale) On May 1, @ 6:55 pm I ordered Rigatoni, with meat sauce and meatballs. Jeff brought be the wrong order. He returned and brought back the right order the second time but the noodles were undercooked. Asked for the meal to be taken off bill. Jeff left and then returned with entree in hand and asked for anything else. Worst experience at Carrabba's over the last ten years of eating both in Florida and Arizona. Totally disappointed in the experience.

(Avondale) I took my wife to Carrabbas to celebrate her recent promotion. She has Lasagna, and I had Chicken Parm. Part way through the meal, she notices a clump of burnt pasta in the middle, and then more on the top. The waitress notified the manager, who after a while, came to the table to see, and said she would tell the kitchen staff. I would expect the meal to be removed from our bill, but we were charged in full and just got a "Sorry". Not very "top of the line" like I would expect.

Just to try something a bit different, my wife & I decided to sit at the counter in the kitchen area......AMAZING !!!! what teamwork !!! Service & the food were outstanding.

(Avindale) A GREAT NIGHT OUT. OUR PARTY OF 5 WAS EXTREMELY WELL TAKEN CARE OF THROUGHOUT THE EVENING, FOOD AND SERVICE EXCELLENT.WE HAD A GROUP OF SERVERS SINGING HAPPY BIRTHDAY IN ITALIAN TO OUR DAUGHTER, A REAL TREAT. PORTIONS TO SUIT THE HEALTHIEST APPETITE. A REALY BIG MENU TO KEEP YOU SELECTING AND REVISITING. WE WILL KEEP GOING BACK. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

this is the best ever! the service is unbelivable and the food was delicous. the prices are a bit high around 15 an entree, but for the amount and quality of food i would pay double. i highly recomend!
