(Deer Valley location) My husband and I went to Claim Jumpers when they first opened in our Deer Valley neighborhood. We heard that they served really big servings, so we thought it would be a good deal. As soon as we walked in to put our name on the waiting list, I saw huge dead animal heads all over the walls. We walked out and haven't returned since. Yuck! Who wants to look at that when you're eating?!

(27th Ave 101) My girlfriend came into town from Chicago for her son's high school graduation on Friday night. The next day we took her two son's for lunch and I suggested Claim Jumpers. After our meal we went to buy movie tickets. I became violently ill and went to the bathroom. I ended up sweating perfusely, severe cramping, my legs and arms were red, and my tongue felt like it was numb. I had my friend take me home and I went to the emergency room at 3:00 in the morning dehydrated. The emergency room doctor said it was bacterial and it looked like I was poisoned. I talked to the manager 4 days later who refered me to a claim adjuster..then thier Ins Co. which I thought was professional. They told me they didn't have any other complaints and politely said unless you kept the food to prove it or many people got sick then you're out of luck ..."sorry you felt bad". What protects us from BAD FOOD HANDLERS,..nothing! Think about that the next time you go out to eat!!!

I ordered a claim jumper gift certificate for a friend's birthday & after a few weeks of her not mentioning that she receivd it, I called claim jumper to make sure it had been sent. They said there had been a computer problem the day I ordered it & somehow my order didn't go through. Since I had the confirmation # they were able to look it up & they sent it that day. The BONUS was that they also sent my friend a free cake along with the gift certificte....funny thing was that when she received it, she thought I had sent her the cake & the ($25) gift certificate was the freebie LOL! Amazing customer service inspite of the original error.

(Tempe Location) MY Husband and I have eaten at this restaurant many times and enjoyed our meals. On 5/20/05 We took one of our friends with us to lunch. MY husband and my girlfriend loved their meals but like a DUMMY I decided to try chicken fried steak-What I got was a huge slab of chicken fried leather that was about 1/8" thick and like a brick. Not wanting to make a scence I took the thing home with me-WILL NEVER ORDER THAT AGAIN!!!
