(Henderson Nevada, Green Valley) We had 6 adults and one baby in our party. It was our first time at Claim Jumpers. This was a great experience! We did wait about 1/2 hour in a comfortable area, with drinks. The appetizer platter and our meals were beautifully prepared and tasted wonderful. We had men with big appetites who could not finish these huge meals! The generous portions we took home were just as good the next day. And, we had fun at home sharing/sneaking each others huge desserts we purchased. Good service, reasonable prices, we will definitely return! And highly recommend!

(Deer Valley location) The mark of a very good restaurant is how they handle complaints. You'll see detailed reviews of Claim Jumpers restaurants elsewhere in this section, so I'm limiting this review to sharing an incident where the restaurant made a mistake and how they handled it.
My wife and I visited the Deer Valley Claim Jumpers late on a weekday evening. At the conclusion of our meal we ordered a piece of Mother Lode chocolate cake to go. We didn't taste it until the next day. We discovered that the cake was dry. Far below the usually flawless standards we've grown to expect from Claim Jumpers. We returned the next day and spoke with the Kitchen Manager. To our surprise, instead of simply replacing the cake, we came out with TWO pieces of cake boxed for us. Since it was near lunchtime, we decided to stay and eat lunch. At the end of our meal, the server announced that BOTH of our meals were "on the house". We weren't trying to save by ordering inexpensive meals that day, either. Our orders came off the full-price entre menu. We sat there in disbelief as we begun to realize that because we had to return one piece of cake, we were given double our original cake order, plus a nice lunch (including drinks) for FREE.
This is going way beyond the call of duty to make amends for a very slight mistake by Claim Jumpers. It's hard to find the words to express how well you can expect to be treated at Claim Jumpers. As this experience shows, if they ever do make a mistake, they'll do whatever it takes to make it right --- TIMES 10! If you haven't yet tried Claim Jumpers, you owe it to yourself to treat yourself to one of the most enjoyable dining experiences in the Valley.

(Laguna Hills, CA location) We have been enjoying dining at Claim Jumper for many years. Tonight our meal was delayed for 30 minutes, and my wife's steak was delivered cold. We sent the steak back, and gently suggested that an adjustment would be in order. Before long Mike, the manager, appeared and insisted that the Restaurant would comp all of our seven meals, and we would be charged only for drinks. This is a first class establishment, and the food is marvelous. I recommend it.

(Redmond, WA location) My co-worker and I, 7 of us went to lunch for Claim Jumper. The server was mistaken with my order and it was too late to reorder and she still charges for it plus she wasn't good server. When I got the check-out, this place is already got the tips from bill we had. Isn't that supposed pay the tips depending on how she served to us? And there is another line for additional tip?????? I don't understand that. This was my first time in this Rst. And last time. Why should servers work hard for serving, it automatically deduct from my check?????

We are from charlotte N.C. Our son took us to this great restaurant. We had an exciting time and we now make sure we go every time we make a trip "back home" Thanks so very much for such a special place.

If you want to have an enjoyable meal at a restaurant with a unique twist to it's menu, service that makes you feel like royalty, and a dessert menu that will please someone with the most critical sweettooth, then Claim Jumpers is your place.
We've eaten there a number of times and never had a bad experience. Even when they are busy and you'd expect service to be slow, they were prompt and courteous. I would advice planning on going right home after your meal, because most likely you'll be toting a doggy-bag because their servings are so Huge!
