People just have to let me know. They go to a restaurant in the greater Phoenix area, and they either loved it or hated it--there's not much in between! I created these pages so that you, the visitors to About.com Phoenix, could have your say. As for the rating, one star is the worst, five stars is the best.
Now, a word of warning--every once in a while I'll get a review from someone who has a specific agenda in mind. A really bad review might be from a disgruntled employee. A really good review might be from the owner or manager. Unless I specifically mention that I have edited a review for some reason, you see the comments posted here exactly as I received them.

If you have Children this is the worse place to go. My husband and other 3 children came in and sat down the waitress took awile to come over. We ordered our drinks and then the manager came over. He told us our 4yr old was making too much noise. he was laughing so my husband took our son outside and they said we had to leave but we had to pay $53.00 but we did not get anything to drink or salad. The police came and said we had to pay and that was fine so we payed and asked for the food to go and the manager said they threw away the food. My husband came in a few times before this and had no problems. I would never come in there anymore. That was very bad business!

The grace of GOD couldn't even help this place!!Save your money and go to Texas Road House! Service was horrible and the food was bland, way over price and the salad room was a JOKE! They forgot truly how to treat the customer. I won't be going back. It was a reget of a lifetime!

Our favorite day outing is driving from Tucson to Phoenix shopping and planning lunch at the Landmark. Would recommend to everyone.

Landmark is a tradition for my husband and I. We go there on special occasions and although we are young newlyweds without a lot of money, it is well worth it.

We have only good things to say about The Landmark. We drive up from Tucson especially to have lunch there. On our four visits, the service and the food have all been exceptional. The atmosphere is a welcome relief from the usual. It is borders on elegant but is still comfortable and relaxing.
