The decor and exhibits at Cabela's are certainly pleasing to the hunting and fishing enthusiast, but they are also educational. Each of the animals displayed has a descriptive sign, and the trophy plaques throughout the store describe the animal, as well as the recognition achieved by the hunter. The Arizona Cabela's store features a tank of fish that are native to Arizona, including our state fish, as well as several endangered species. The Cabela's management team worked closely with Arizona Game and Fish on that project.

It is not uncommon to see schools groups come through Cabela's for the educational aspects of their displays, and Cabela's offers free seminars from time to time on hunting/fishing related topics.

Cabela's Trivia: There are more than 400 animals on display at Cabela's. Some were real animals that were stuffed, and some are original creations. All are very lifelike, from the tiny mouse to the huge elephant.
