Papago Golf Course Prepares for LPGA

Papago Golf Course in Phoenix, Arizona is a busy place right now. I played the course on March 5, 2009. That's less than three weeks before the LPGA tour makes its inaugural visit to the course. In the photo above you can see that a facility for club storage is being built and concrete paths are being installed.

Factoid: Papago Golf Course opened in 1963 and it is owned by the City of Phoenix.
