Arizona State University has an extensive sports program, and one of the most popular for spectators is football. The A.S.U. Sun Devils play at Sun Devil Stadium, Frank Kush Field in Tempe, Arizona. The stadium seats just over 73,000 and has hosted Arizona State University football games since 1958.
ASU plays in the PAC-12, along with 11 other teams: Arizona, Cal, Colorado, Oregon, Oregon State, Stanford, UCLA, USC, Utah, Washington and Washington State. One of the favorite games for spectators is always the game against ASU's perennial rival team, the Arizona Wildcats, who play at the University of Arizona in Tucson.
2011 represents ASU's 99th season of football. In 2010 they finished with a 6-6 record, but did not get selected for a bowl game.
