The 2007 National Champion of College Football will be determined right here in Glendale, Arizona. This will mark the first time under the new system that a national champion team will be named for college football as the result of a stand-alone game. After the four BCS bowl games are over--the Rose Bowl, The Fiesta Bowl, The Sugar Bowl and The Orange Bowl--the BCS Championship game will be played. It will rotate around the four cities where those bowl games are played.
Who gets to play? It has nothing to do with which teams win the bowl games. The NCAA football teams that will meet in the BCS championship game are be the top two-ranked teams in the BCS standings, announced in early December.
Here are the details about the 2007 BCS Championship Game.

There are no tickets that will go one sale to the general public. You either have to be a season ticket holder for the Fiesta Bowl, know someone from one of the two teams that will play that will sell you a ticket, or have a relative that has corporate sponsorship tickets. Even though local tickets are not available, you'll be able to buy tickets (at a premium, of course) through a ticket broker like TicketsNow.com (Buy Direct), or from scalpers/ticket exchanges. Beware of buying tickets from unauthorized ticket sellers!Just in case you do acquire tickets to the game, here's a seating chart for University of Phoenix Stadium.
