UPDATE 2008: Phoenix does not appear to have a team participating in the International Basketball League. You can check the IBL web site for more information about this league.

The International Basketball League ("IBL") is a professional basketball league. A few rules differences from the NBA make the games fast and high-scoring. The Phoenix team, called the Phoenix Flame, had its premier season in the league in 2007. There are more than 20 teams in the league.

In their inaugural season, the Phoenix Flame lists popular former Phoenix Suns player Cedric Ceballos on their roster.
