Choose one appetizer: Beef Carpaccio - Thinly sliced beef, drizzled with olive oil, capers and shaved parmesan; or Homemade Mozzarella in Carrozza with spicy marinara, each bread slice is dipped in egg and flour and lightly fried and wrapped around fresh mozzarella and topped with marinara. Choose one entree: Seafood Risotto complete with a delightful trio of scallops, salmon and halibut; or Grilled Lamb Chops served with pesto sauce and sautéed radicchio, asparagus and snow peas; or Sliced Hanger Steak with Cognac Sauce served with creamy polenta and grilled asparagus.
