A three-course meal, in addition to the regular dinner menu, on Valentine’s Day and throughout the entire weekend. Choose one appetizer: Beef Carpaccio - Thinly sliced beef, drizzled with olive oil, capers and shaved parmesan; or Homemade Mozzarella in Carrozza with spicy marinara, each bread slice is dipped in egg and flour and lightly fried and wrapped around fresh mozzarella and topped with marinara. Choose one entree: Seafood Risotto complete with a delightful trio of scallops, salmon and halibut; or Grilled Lamb Chops served with pesto sauce and sautéed radicchio, asparagus and snow peas; or Sliced Hanger Steak with Cognac Sauce served with creamy polenta and grilled asparagus. Dessert: Homemade chocolate raspberry torte. Cocktails (extra charge): “Absolut Kiss” – Absolut Vodka, Raspberri Vodka, Chambord Raspberry Liqueur with a splash of pineapple juice and grenadine; St. Germain Champagne Cocktail - St Germain liqueur and sparkling wine garnished with fresh strawberry and/or lemon twist. Celebrating Valentine's Day with a menu of Amore a Prima Vista (love at first sight). Chef Peter DeRuvo has created a special menu that starts with a glance and ends with a kiss. Glance: Butternut squash soup, or Parmesan Sformato or Duck liver pate or Oyster’s two ways. Hug: Tortellini di ricotta or Gnocchi di patate or Fettucini al Burro. Peck: Crispy Duck or Dry aged NY strip or Georges bank scallops. Kiss: Italian Baked Alaska. $65 per person. Wine pairings available for an additional $30. The first 50 couples who RSVP will be treated to a 375ml bottle of Banfi Rosa Regale (a light sparkling red wine) and house made truffles.

For desert, the restaurant’s pastry chef will offer a Chocolate Passion Heart or Tahitian Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée. Prices exclude tax and gratuity. Reservations required. A Four-course Valentine’s Day menu. Amuse: Cedar smoked gulf oysters on wilted spinach with I’itoi onion pesto and ham hock bits, topped with oven roasted tomato relish. Appetizer: Roasted baby beets, tiny lettuces and a fennel parchment composition served with goat cheese, pistachios, pickled winter radishes and young carrots. The Main Course: Wood grilled Cedar River prime filet mignon, Schreiner’s bacon and caramelized onion crumbles, presented with vanilla-basted Baja diver scallops accented with a corn puree, asparagus ribbons and brandied lobster knuckles. Dessert served with a long-stem red rose: Molten chocolate cake, strawberry clouds and champagne Jell-O infused with vanilla custard, a strawberry aged Minus 8 vinegar explosion, and champagne hearts of gold. $55 for dinner; $20 additional for recommended wine pairings. Live acoustic guitarist and romantic vocals by ShouTheory. The Valentini – a sweet martini made exclusively for Valentine’s Day.
