This culinary adventure continues with a trio of smoked rainbow trout brandade, ahi tuna sashimi and crab cake bites. The main course is a grilled filet mignon and 6 oz. lobster tail with pan roast asparagus and rosti potatoes. Finish with a chocolate blackout cake with a ganache drizzle. $65 per person. Optional Sommelier selected bottle of wine for two available for an additional $48. Setting the mood for love is a Berry Brandy Tart cocktail, a house-made version of a Belgian Raspberry Framboise, for $12.
