Take your sweetheart for a memorable meal on Valentine's Day. Most of these restaurants offer a prix fixe menu for the occasion. Check back often -- I add more listings right up until a few days before Valentine's Day!

Proof will feature a menu with an Un-Valentine's Day theme. The menu includes Fried Offal Crispy Sweet Breads, served with Malpec Oysters and Cherry Peppers with sweet and spicy honey cayenne sauce for dipping, and a Grilled 20-ounce Rib Eye for One, accompanied by savoy spinach and Wisconsin cheddar mashed potatoes topped with tobacco onions and bourbon demi. Finish with the Broken Heart Cookie Sandwich, a fresh chocolate-chocolate cookie with homemade strawberry swirl ice cream. An a la carte menu will also be available, as well as a children's menu.

Latin-inspired culinary creations at a Valentine’s Day four-course dinner available from 4 to 10 p.m. First Course: choice of Cubano-style shrimp with garlic-lime mojo, or a melted queso and chorizo fundido. Second Course: choice of roasted beet and blue cheese salad served or butternut squash soup. Main Course: choice of Skirt steak served with sweet potato gratin and Province’s chimichurri sauce, or pan seared sea bass and lobster fideo with a zarzuela sauce. Desserts to share: Dark chocolate cake with roasted cherries and warm chocolate ganache, or red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting and blood orange syrup. On Valentine’s Day, the live entertainment begins at 7 p.m., $59++ per person with an additional $20 for a wine pairing with three glasses of wine. On Feb. 15, the dinner price is $49++. Parking validation is available. On Feb. 16 Province offers a Lover’s Lunch for $20 per person, which includes a starter to share, an entrée, cinnamon churros and a split of bubbles from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

A Lovers Menu with dueling plates and a shared entrée. For the first course, Two Wash Ranch Chicken Terrine and Baby Shrimp and Crab Salad. For the second course, Rainbow Valley Farmers Cheese Gnocchi and Creamy French Onion Soup. For the third course, Surf and Turf for Two: Grilled Wild Boar Chops & Seared Scallops. For the fourth course, Cinnamon Raisin Pain Perdue and Blood Orange and Mint Salad. Vegetarian option available. Reservations from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. $79 per person.

Guests will share a Prosciutto, Apple, Brie and Pecan Flatbread for two as an appetizer, and choose from Lobster spaghetti, Braised Short Ribs with Sun Dried Tomato Risotto or Seared Duck Breast on Roasted Beet Ravioli for the second course. Or opt for the Surf and Turf for an additional charge. For a sweet romantic desert, choose from Passion Fruit and White Chocolate Mousse Parfait, Chocolate Espresso Beignets with Raspberry Foam or Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake with Red Hot Chocolate Chili Ganache.
