For the entree, choice of one: 10 oz Delmonico, 8 oz Bacon Wrapped Filet, 11 oz Lamb Rack, 10 oz Prime Rib, Half Chicken, Sea Bass, Salmon, Pork Porterhouse. You may add an 8 oz Lobster Tail for an additional $9 or 8 oz King Crab Legs for an additional $10. Choice of one side included with entree. For dessert, choice of one: Butter Cake, Flourless Chocolate Cake, Strawberry and Chocolate Fondue, Cheesecake (strawberry or raspberry). $69.99 per person.

Chef Ray Romeo’s labor of love includes the diner’s choice of appetizer – either the famous “Mama Mia Mushroom” (two button mushrooms stuffed with a ricotta filling and topped with marinara and mozzarella cheese) an Italian sausage-stuffed mushroom, or shrimp cocktail. Entrée options include maple-glazed salmon, pork tenderloin, rack of lamb, and Betty’s Spaghetti and Meatballs. Live music will be provided by Ron Hoyas beginning at 8 p.m. $40 per person. Serving from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. A Valentine’s Day Wine & Chocolate Pairing will be offered on Tuesday, Feb. 14 featuring zinfandels from Opolo Winery from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. $20 per person.

The four-course “Plated Passion” menu begins with traditional caviar service followed by an heirloom tomato tasting with arugula, mozzarella and aged balsamic. Next, a butter poached bone-in rib-eye served with black truffle potato gratin, bacon wrapped asparagus and lobster béarnaise. Finally, end the evening with red velvet vacherin accompanied by lemon verbena cream and coconut sorbet. $195 per couple. Optional wine pairing available for $41 per person.

In addition to the regular menu, a la carte specials will be offered. Enjoy the Supreme Oscar, an all natural double breast of chicken, served with heart shaped ravioli, jumbo lump crab, asparagus, and Béarnaise sauce ($32). The Surf 'n' Turf is a 6 oz. petite filet, a half of a butter poached lobster tail, his/hers potato rings, and candy striped beets ($53). The “If You Love Me” Lobster Tail is a large 18 oz. cold water lobster tail paired with lobster mashed potatoes, toasted butter, and asparagus ($55). End the dinner with the Romancing the Plate, an assortment of bite-sized desserts, meant for two, or the liqueur filled berries, gold dusted truffles, dark chocolate mousse, and other shareable creations ($16.50). Created for the occasion, the Luscious Loverberry will win the heart of any Valentine. VeeV, the World’s first Acai spirit, and Clear Creek Loganberry Liqueur are mixed with fresh squeezed citrus juice, shaken and served with a lemon curd and sparkling sugared rim and garnished with wild berries. The Luscious Loverberry is $11 and will be served beginning February 14, through the end of the month.
