People just have to let me know. They go to a restaurant in the greater Phoenix area, and they either loved it or hated it--there's not much in between! I created these pages so that you, the visitors to About.com Phoenix, could have your say. As for the rating, one star is the worst, five stars is the best.
Now, a word of warning--every once in a while I'll get a review from someone who has a specific agenda in mind. A really bad review might be from a disgruntled employee. A really good review might be from the owner or manager. Unless I specifically mention that I have edited a review for some reason, you see the comments posted here exactly as I received them.

Our first visit will definitely be our last. Our waiter was pleasant and prompt but suffocating and overly solicitous. The food - well, all I can say is that it was low quality and over-priced. The salad greens were more wilted than crisp, The soup and our main courses were less than flavorful. The place had a nice crowd, but unfortunately it's hard to imagine that this restaurant could command repeat customers.

The Bamboo Club has taken on a whole new personality. No longer a chain, the Shea location has a new patio bar and lounge with soft seating and a firepit granite table. Upgraded in quality, consistency and staff. Upbeat, and yummy, more cushy booths. Happy hour rocks with $5 wine and $2 appetizers. Give them another chance. We did. It was well worth the drive.

(Biltmore location) Service was ambivalent at best and the food was lame. Pad Thai was a pile of tasteless noodles in an oily red-brown puddle. On the upside the beer glass chilled,- great except for the lipstick and broccoli chunks left by the last person who drank out of the glass. Avoid like the plague.
