Now, a word of warning--every once in a while I'll get a review from someone who has a specific agenda in mind. A really bad review might be from a disgruntled employee. A really good review might be from the owner or manager. Unless I specifically mention that I have edited a review for some reason, you see the comments posted here exactly as I received them.

We were vacationing in Scottsdale and found this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service superb, the atmosphere was wonderful! Guido was a gracious host and our server Denise was excellent. I highly recommend everyone go and enjoy this place.

I was there on a blind date on a Friday night. Very warm cozy and relaxing. Great food and drinks. Service was outstanding. Will be back again and again. Without the blind date.

Four of us dined there on 3/21/08. Overall, results were mixed. The signature pork steak and the Osso Buco were overcooked. The Tilapia Special and the Veal Piccata were good but not outstanding. Server was pleasant and friendly but not attentive to little things like filling iced tea and water glasses. There are too many good restaurands around to have a mediocre experience at these prices.

Too many items on the menu not available, service not available (no one refilled drinks, no one cleared dishes) no manager available to ask us how our meal was. What was available was a very large bill. The food was ok - but we could have gotten the same for half the price elsewhere. We won't be back.

This is a REALLY FABULOUS Italian Restaurant. Wonderful food, beautiful ambience, attentive service. You must try this one! The menu was very creative. The calamari was to die for- fresh and light and cooked to perfection- delicious. Don't miss out on dessert either! We will be back.

Last night we were too hungry to wait at the Melting Pot, and found a new Italian restaurant in the same center at Hayden and ViaDeVentura. We were greeted, seated, and drinking promptly. They make even the bread and dipping oil taste so good. We ordered and loved the calamari. My wife had filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection.I ordered Penne Benedetto, which was delicious. The waiter talked us into the homemade desserts, to die for and we had the italian coffees. We will be returning. You probably should make reservations, because all the tables were occupied throught most of the evening. It's kind of hidden, just look on the upper ramp (north of zipps).
