People just have to let me know. They go to a restaurant in the greater Phoenix area, and they either loved it or hated it--there's not much in between! I created these pages so that you, the visitors to About.com Phoenix, could have your say. As for the rating, one star is the worst, five stars is the best.
Now, a word of warning--every once in a while I'll get a review from someone who has a specific agenda in mind. A really bad review might be from a disgruntled employee. A really good review might be from the owner or manager. Unless I specifically mention that I have edited a review for some reason, you see the comments posted here exactly as I received them.

(Ahwatukee) The food, i kind of like the bento box especially the salmon teriyaki bento box for the lunch special. I have the worse experience in my recent visit where the server charged me on the food. They have this eat 6 lunches free 1 lunch. I have my discount card accumulated for 6 stamps and plan to have a free lunch there. So I brought my spouse to have lunch in their restaurant. They made a mistake in charging the next table bill to me which I didn't awake on that day. Furthermore the server charging me with some tips on the bill. Which I really piss out while I am not local to Phoenix, AZ. This was the worse thing I ever experiences for my whole 6 weeks Chandler trip.

The BAD News. First of all, I don't know why you don't have 0 * (stars) rating. With tat said; Arrogant, over-priced, lacks authentic 'sushi' and 'sashimi' cuisine altogether, terrible service!!! I give them a (minus) -5, . The GREAT news!! This will be EASY to beatif a true Sushi restaurant ever makes it to our area. RA will not only be history, but easily forgotten! And no, I don't work there!

My wife and I both got stomach aches and diareaha after eating at this restaurant. She had wings and sushi, I had pork with cole slaw. I suspected the cole slaw was bad, but took a chance. Mistake. Moreover..we ordered udon soup, and the first 2 tries were some other noodle soup, until the 3 rd try is was right. Service was OK But the kitchen hasn't got a clue what they are doing In addition this chain is so arrogant on their web site that there is no "contact us" for us to lodge this complaint. Taco Bell makes better sushi.

(Scottsdale) One Word, disgusting. The hostess was confused and had no clue which tables were available. We had to show her the empty tables. And the food was not sushi or anything close to it. We ordere a roll calles Pacific roll, had one piece and returned all the rest. The Salmon Wanton appetizer was awful. And the 4 other rolls, and 2 other appetizers were bad as well. We felt bad to ask our waitress to return all of it, because it was not her fault. We paid and left hungry. And I will never step anywhere near this place ever again.
