Soma Cafe Update: The cafe closed in 2008.
People just have to let me know. They go to a restaurant in the greater Phoenix area, and they either loved it or hated it--there's not much in between! I created these pages so that you, the visitors to About Phoenix, could have your say. Even if I have not yet reviewed the restaurant that you visited, I will post your review here. As for the rating, one star is the worst, five stars is the best.
Now, a word of warning--every once in a while I'll get a review from someone who has a specific agenda in mind. A really bad review might be from a disgruntled employee. A really good review might be from the owner or manager. Whatever! It's all for fun!

Soma Cafe is a great place if you're looking for healthy alternatives to eating out. The menu lists carbs, protein and calories beside each item and includes a large selection of fresh healthy items including breakfast, sandwiches served with baked fries, steak, salmon, salads and my favorite item called "Pizas", Soma's tasty replacement for a Pizza. Soma also offers a juice and coffee bar with a selection of muffins and energy bars as well.
The service is great. You place your order at the counter and the food is brought out to your table. It's has an upbeat atmosphere with TV screens and internet access available. You can either sit in the main dining area of even get comfy on a couch. Check it out! You won't be disappointed!
