People just have to let me know. They go to a restaurant in the greater Phoenix area, and they either loved it or hated it--there's not much in between! I created these pages so that you, the visitors to About.com Phoenix, could have your say. As for the rating, one star is the worst, five stars is the best.
Now, a word of warning--every once in a while I'll get a review from someone who has a specific agenda in mind. A really bad review might be from a disgruntled employee. A really good review might be from the owner or manager. Unless I specifically mention that I have edited a review for some reason, you see the comments posted here exactly as I received them.

I recently saw thet you placed this restaurant as one of the dirty dining list. I believe you are so wrong. This is one of the cleanest and nicest restaurants I,ve ever been to. The food is delicious and the customer service is excellent. I read the violation for them, and all the violation were pertainng to simple irrelevant stuff. Like a closed bottle here a liitle thing there . But nothing major like bad food, roaches, etc. Nothing in which i would consider dirty dining. I feel bad for tortas el guero, they really do not deserve what you did. I would suggest looking at the history of violations the rest. has before I give a bad impression to other poeple about them. We work at night sometimes and i got to work at a P.F Changs, when they turn all the bright lights on, adn i wish you should,ve seen this rest. it was disgusting, grease, small roaches in the floor, and you should've seen the kitchen . Don not know why people dont pay attention to the big chain rest. Dont you wonder what you are eating there sometimes. But no, you go to the small , nice, friendly restaurants, where you haven't even taseted their food. But I guess you need to make a story. Hopefully i can give you a different approach to you dirty dinning list. Really look at their violations and after you read them then make a decision on who should be in your list.
Comment from the About.com Guide to Phoenix: You must be confusing me with someone else. I don't maintain a Dirty Dining list. That's a local TV station in town. I do report monthly on restaurants that are cited with 7 or more major violations on their health inspection reports. Those reports are issues by Maricopa County, not me, and not TV stations, or anyone else.
