People just have to let me know. They go to a restaurant in the greater Phoenix area, and they either loved it or hated it--there's not much in between! I created these pages so that you, the visitors to About Phoenix, could have your say. As for the rating, one star is the worst, five stars is the best.
Now, a word of warning--every once in a while I'll get a review from someone who has a specific agenda in mind. A really bad review might be from a disgruntled employee. A really good review might be from the owner or manager. Whatever! It's all for fun!

I ran across the place by chance (looking for Italian--go figure) at around 1P on a Thursday. The store front is innocuous but the interior is spacious and flamboyantly elaborate. In the HUGE restaurant there were only two patrons (men) at one table. No one greeted me--I had to ask the men if lunch was even served. The "service" catapulted downhill from there. The "manager/server" was wearing slouchy sweats which exposed her mid-drift. Her hair was all askew and she kept playing with it (and serving food?). I asked for my water and wine three times before she brought the chilled (!!!) cabernet and never did bring the water. I had the beef stroganoff, it was okay, though expensive for lunch ($14.95). Again, the service was horrid; the wine pitiful.

This upscale, Kosher (meat) restaurant has great decor, plenty of party space, and delicious food. The service was good. The portions were a bit excessive. All food prepared and served here is strictly Kosher.
