People just have to let me know. They go to a restaurant in the greater Phoenix area, and they either loved it or hated it--there's not much in between! I created these pages so that you, the visitors to About.com Phoenix, could have your say. As for the rating, one star is the worst, five stars is the best.
Now, a word of warning--every once in a while I'll get a review from someone who has a specific agenda in mind. A really bad review might be from a disgruntled employee. A really good review might be from the owner or manager. Unless I specifically mention that I have edited a review for some reason, you see the comments posted here exactly as I received them.

I thought our meal was great. The complimentary bread and olive oil was very tasty and fresh, too many places underestimate the importance of fresh tasting bread. I loved the paper tablecloths and crayons. The only downside to the whole meal was that I think my lobster ravioli was more crayfish than lobster. Not that crayfish isn't also delicious, but it shouldn't be passed off as lobster. Overall still very tasty and satisfying.

(Edina, MN) Ambience: Poor, seated next to where servers pick up orders, servers had no clue customers could overhear their profane laced rude comments. Entire time we were there we felt rushed, to order, to eat, to leave. It was a Sunday evening & we were celebrating our adult son's birthday, the restaurant was by no means crowded. Food: Adequate, the best part of the meal was the bread & the appetizer sampler. Cost: Moderate

(Ahwatukee) My husband and I went to the Ahwatukee grill on Saturday
January 27. I ordered Calamari and a salad. I received the wrong salad and the Calamari was cold. I told the waiter about the Calamari and he said he would fix it. I thought I would be receiving a new one since the other was so cold I think it had been sitting around for awhile and probably was someone elses order. When he came back the bowl was hot and the pieces on top were hot but the pieces farther down where warm on the outside and cold on the inside. So then I was he sure he had just microwaved it. I sent it back again and the same thing happened. If I wasn't so hungy and it wasn't so busy I should have just refused or demanded my money back. It ruined my meal and my stomach was upset after it so I wonder how long it had been sitting out before they decided to pass it off to me. I really don't think food should be microwaved until someone eats it. It was about 5-10 from when I put in the order and when I received it cold so I now know it wasn't a fresh order. I don't think
we will be back if they have to microwave food that has been sitting
around. At least the fast food joints keep it under a heat lamp so it
stays hot and is served hot.
