My Review 

The food was excellent...looked healthy. First problem I thought...PRICEY ticket! No matter how you disect the menu items....you are going to spend filet mignon prices for Japanese food. 2. By the time the chef stopped playing with the food-dinner was served 45 minutes later. (he was 20 minutes late getting to the cooking table to begin with.) An hour if you factor in that time. 3. No matter how skilled and talented this chef attempted to appear....he had a serious problem controlling the smoke that he streamlined ONLY my direction.Right handed or not....if he is as good as he appeared to look he knew exactly what he was doing-looked intentional. I am NOT a former employee and I have no agenda....just the facts!
