When you are eating at Rustlers Rooste you are paying for the live music and the slide. The atmosphere is great, but the food is incredibly overpriced. I've had the salmon, steak and chicken and not it was any better than anything you'd get at Chili's. My most recent visit will be my last. I was embarassed to have taken company there, especially when they ordered the $23 Margarita. The Margarita was smaller than most I've seen, even though it claimed to be so big that two cowpokes had to handle it. Even though it claimed to be 27 ounces, it was served in a 16 ounce glass, which, when pointed out to the server was dismissed. Rustler's Rooste will always be in bustling with tourists, but will never see my business again.
