Our first - and last - dining experience at this establishment. Visiting Phoenix (from Canada) for the first time, this place was highly recommended by acquaintances at our condo. On the strength of this recommendation, our party of six made our reservation for a Friday evening (my wife's and my anniversary). Once seated, we were left to sit and listen to extremely loud "music". Eventually our server arrived and we made our selections from the menu. Service was poor on the drinks, and the table was so crowded by bread baskets, etc. that when the food finally came, we had to remove the baskets in order to have room to eat. My order was a medium-rare rib-eye steak. What arrived was a grisley, half-raw slab of something which might, if one were overly generous, be described as somewhat resembling, but definitely not replicating, a rib-eye steak. Our server eventually returned after an extended absence, and did not even bother to ask if we would like dessert. It appeared that the idea was to do a turnaround on the tables so as to rake in the most amount of money in the shortest period of time. However, he was quite prompt in presenting the bill! Very disappointed. There was no way the quality of the food even came close to to warranting the final price on the bill!
